CASA Architect

Colin Andrew Smith Architect BSc Dip Arch RIBA ARIAS studied at Scott Sutherland School of Architecture, Aberdeen graduating in 1996. Since 2006 he has run his own practice from ‘Treetops’ offering a personal service from the inception to the completion of a project so often missing in larger architect’s practices.

CASA’s buildings are principally residential focusing on touching the environment lightly with a modern sensibility and in many cases incorporating local craftsmanship. Commercial works are also undertaken with the same ethos.

Colin works with you to realise your project in a collaborative approach, the end building is a coming together of the architect and clients’ visions.

Being based near Aberfeldy, in the centre of Scotland, allows CASA not only to be accessible to the local areas in and around Killin, Crieff, Pitlochry and Dunkeld but the majority of Scotland can be accessed in a day’s visit.
